Coming Home to Your Soul Self™
Coming Home to Your Soul Self™is a six-month developmental and spiritual journey that helps women in the second half of life develop embodied presence, spiritual intelligence, intuition, compassion, and discernment so they can move from automatic ego reactivity toward greater Witness Self awareness and Soul Self-led living. Through the SPIRIT Framework™, they learn to trust their deeper knowing, navigate complexity and competing values, connect more authentically with themselves and others, and bring greater clarity, wisdom, purpose, and presence into their lives, relationships, work, leadership, and service.
Your six major program outcomes
1. Greater Embodied Presence
Develop practices for grounding, regulation, receptivity, and returning to yourself so you can respond with greater spaciousness rather than automatic reactivity.
2. Deeper Intuition and Discernment
Strengthen your ability to hear and trust your own deeper knowing while distinguishing intuition and Higher Self guidance from fear, old conditioning, and protective patterns.
3. Compassionate Relationship With Self and Others
Move beyond letting the inner critic or unhealed ego run the show and develop greater self-compassion, relational presence, boundaries, connection, and capacity for difficult conversations.
4. Spiritual and Emotional Intelligence
Use the SQ21 assessment and intentional practice to identify and develop the capacities that matter most for your spiritual growth, relationships, leadership, and next chapter.

Learn to work with polarity, competing values, uncertainty, and change—including the essential tension between service to self/Self and service to others—without losing your center.
