Hi, I’m Veronika Tracy-Smith.
I’m Dr. Veronika Tracy-Smith, a psychologist, speaker, and spiritual well-being coach.
As a trauma integrated Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and contemplative guide, my work bridges embodied spirituality, helping people become a calm and healing presence, conscious leading with wisdom and compassion.
A breast cancer survivor with decades of experience supporting individuals and leaders through transformation, I am known for creating grounded compassionate spaces where psychology, meditation, and everyday mysticism meet, helping people come home to their Higher Selves.
Through my signature Embodied Mystic’s Path™ framework, I guide spiritually curious seekers, transformational leaders, and people in the second half of life from disconnection, self-doubt, and ego reactivity into embodied presence, Higher Self mastery, compassionate wisdom, and a lived connection with the Divine—so they can become a calming, healing, and wise presence in their life, relationships, work, and world.
My book, Coming Home to Yourself: A Body Based Meditation Practice for Those Who Have Tried Everything Else will be released in the Fall.

Coming Home to Yourself: A Body-Based Meditation Practice for Those Who Have Tried Everything Else
You have tried the apps. You have taken the courses. You have sat with the silence and wondered why everyone else seems to get this when you can't seem to stay.
This book is for you.
Coming Home to Yourself is a compassionate, body-rooted guide for the spiritually curious adult who carries a genuine hunger for inner life alongside a hard-won wariness of anything that demands performance, perfect belief, or thirty uninterrupted minutes of a mind that simply won't cooperate. It is for those who have left a religious tradition that no longer fits — and for those who never had one — and who have quietly suspected that the deeper life they sense is possible may simply not be available to them.
It is. And it always was.
Veronika began her spiritual journey and meditation practice in her early twenties, and has spent more than four decades walking that path — not from a distance, but from the inside. Her clinical career began in the field of trauma, where she learned early and firsthand how profoundly the body holds what the mind cannot yet reach. That understanding never left her. As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, she has spent decades integrating the science of nervous system regulation with the quieter, less nameable territory of spiritual life — bringing both rigour and tenderness to the work of coming home to oneself.
Through years of teaching, workshops, and international retreats, Veronika has sat with thousands of people in the tender, complicated space between spiritual hunger and spiritual homelessness. Coming Home to Yourself distils that lifetime of practice, clinical wisdom, and lived experience into the GRACE Practice — a five-stage, body-based approach to meditation that asks nothing of your beliefs and everything of your willingness to simply arrive.
This is not a book about quieting the mind. It is an invitation to stop performing stillness — and to come home to yourself, exactly as you are, beginning today.
Veronika is available for speaking engagements, podcast conversations, and media interviews. To enquire or to be first to hear when the book is available, [join the community here].
